Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time from your account page → "Manage billing / cancel".
• Cancellation stops all future charges.
• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — no partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, the law allows this right to end once performance has begun with your consent.

By subscribing to NeuroReset you get immediate access to the audio library, and at checkout you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the started subscription period. Future renewals can always be stopped by cancelling.

If you were charged in error, can't access what you paid for, or believe your situation deserves an exception — write to kontakt@neuro-reset.eu. We read everything and aim to be fair. Statutory warranty rights for defective digital content remain unaffected.

Who processes the refund

Payments (and any refunds) are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
