Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NeuroReset (neuro-reset.eu), operated by Mateusz P., Poland ("we", the "Operator"). By creating an account or subscribing you accept these terms.

1. The service

NeuroReset is a digital subscription giving access to a library of audio sessions designed for relaxation, sleep and focus. Content is streamed through your account for personal, non-commercial use.

NeuroReset is not a medical service. It is not therapy, does not replace professional mental-health or medical care, and no medical claims are made. If you are in distress, seek qualified professional help.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• Accounts are personal — sharing login credentials or streaming access is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Subscription and billing

• The subscription costs $25 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — they are the seller of record for the transaction and handle payment data, invoicing and VAT.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

4. Intellectual property

All audio sessions, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the content while your subscription is active. Downloading (except where offered), copying, redistributing or publicly performing the content is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in the EU.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms; in that case no refund is due for the current period, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU remain unaffected. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably — contact kontakt@neuro-reset.eu first.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for significant changes affecting subscribers) with an updated date.
